Both the latch and lock work well and has been renovated, cleaned and lubricated inside.  This is for doors that are hinged on the right.  Measurements of Lock Casing: 5 3/4 x 2 7/8 inches (146 x 75mm). From edge of door to the centre of spindle socket 4 1/2 inches (115mm) From edge of door to the centre of the keyhole 2 inches (50mm) No Reserve. I try my best to be honest with the description.
